Procedure
Goats were immunized with CHO Phospholipase B-Like 2 (PLBL2) of recombinant origin and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was solid phase adsorbed, immunoaffinity purified off aPLBL2 containing immunosorbent and conjugated with biotin. Antibody concentration was determined prior to conjugation using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

This antibody reacts with CHO Phospholipase B-Like 2 (PLBL2) of recombinant origin and with PLBL2 secreted by a null CHO cell line as determinedby ELISA techniques.It is suitable for blottingandELISAapplications.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-PLBL2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
