Bioactivity
Diroximel fumarate, also known as ALKS-8700, is a prodrug of monomethyl fumarate in a controlled-release formulation that rapidly and efficiently converts to MMF in the body.
Solubility Note
For obtaining a higher solubility, please warm the tube at 37 degree C and shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20 degree C for several month.
