Hispidol ( (Z)-Hispidol) is a potential therapeutic for inflammatory bowel disease; inhibits TNF-alpha induced adhesion of monocytes to colon epithelial cells with an IC50 of 0.50 uM.
Solubility Note
For obtaining a higher solubility, please warm the tube at 37 degree C and shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20 degree C for several month.
