Palifosfamide lysine (ZIO-201) is a stable form of palifosfamide. Palifosfamide lysine has broad activity in sarcoma lines in vitro. The IC50 ranges from 2.25 ro 6.75 muM for most cell lines except OS222 (IC50=31.5 muM)
Solubility Note
For obtaining a higher solubility, please warm the tube at 37 degree C and shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20 degree C for several month.
