Olprinone Inhibitor

Olprinone (Loprinone) is a selective phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3) inhibitor.Olprinone has been reported to improve microcirculation and attenuate inflammation. Olprinone is often used to increase cardiac output after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).

Small volumes of Olprinone, inhibitor vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
