XY1 Inhibitor

XY1 is a very close analogue of SGC707 (a potent, selective, and non-competitive inhibitor of PRMT3 with IC50 of 31nM), It is intended to be used as a negative control for SGC707 in studies involving PRMT3 action.

Small volumes of XY1, inhibitor vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
