Fidarestat Inhibitor

Fidarestat is an aldose reductase inhibitor (IC50s: 26nM, 33uM, and 1.8 uM for aldose reductase, AKR1B10, and V301L AKR1B10, respectively). It has the potential to treat diabetic disease.

Small volumes of Fidarestat, inhibitor vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
