In Vitro
Compare to the control groups, zygoma destruction is obviously suppressed in the IMD-0560-treated groups. In the IMD-0560-treated groups, the tumor size is decreased in a dose-dependent manner, and no tumor is detected in some mice treated with 5mg/kg IMD-0560. The inhibitory effect of each treatment,on zygoma destruction is similar, although the tumor size in the 5mg/kg IMD-0560-treated group is smaller than that of the 3mg/kg IMD-0560-treated group[1].
