Larotaxel Inhibitor

Larotaxel is a taxane analogue with preclinical activity against taxane-resistant breast cancer. It can cross the blood-brain barrier and has a much lower affinity for P-glycoprotein 1. Larotaxel promotes tubulin assembly and stabilizing microtubules, ultimately leading to cell death by apoptosis.

Small volumes of Larotaxel, inhibitor vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
