Lidorestat Inhibitor

Lidorestat is a selective and orally active aldose reductase inhibitor (IC50: 5nM). Lidorestat improves nerve conduction and reduces cataract formation. It can be used for chronic diabetes complications.

Small volumes of Lidorestat, inhibitor vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
