Tazanolast administered before ozone exposure at doses of 30, 100, or 300mg/kg inhibits ozone-induced airway hyperresponsiveness in a dose-dependent manner. Tazanolast significantly inhibits ozone-induced airway hyperresponsiveness in guinea pigs [1].
