Psoromic acid is a selective and covalent rab-prenylation inhibitor targeting autoinhibited RabGGTase, it shows antibacterial activities against Streptococcus gordonii and Porphyromonas gingivalis, and it is an effective and safe natural drug plausible for use in controlling tuberculosis infections.
