Application Notes for anti-C1q antibody
Application Notes: IHC-F:- Antibody JL-1- was used to stain tissue sections which were fixed in acetone. As positive control a polyclonal anti-C1q antibody was used and as negative control an isotype matched monoclonal antibody (Ref.1).
Application Use: For immunohistology, flow cytometry and Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50. For functional studies dilutions have to be made according to the amounts of C1q to be inactivated.
