Product Name
CpG-B DNA (ODN 2006), Oligo
Full Product Name
CpG-B DNA (ODN 2006), Human/ Mouse
Form/Format
Approximately 200 nmol lyophilized, purified 24-mer CpG ODN. The exact amount is indicated on the label. Endotoxin levels are undetectable. Reconstitute the vial by pipetting distilled or deionized water, volume depending on the concentration to be used.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized product should be stored at 4 degree C. Store stock solution in aliquots at -20 degree C. Repeated freeze and thaw cycles will cause loss of activity. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for one year.
Species
Human, Mouse
Application Notes for CpG-B DNA (ODN 2006) oligo
Application Use: For in vitro stimulation, 0.05 to 3 uM can be used. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal concentrations.

Other Notes

Small volumes of CpG-B DNA (ODN 2006) oligo vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
