Dengue NS1 Antibody – Mouse

The dengue MBS596093-A and MBS596093-B antibodies detect the non-structural protein NS1 of dengue virus. The NS1 protein antigen is secreted into the blood during early dengue infection. The antibodies detect NS1 from all four dengue virus subtypes dengue-1, dengue-2, dengue-3 and dengue-4. The antibodies have been developed for detecting antigen by lateral flow assays.

The MBS596093-A (MBS596093-A conjugate) antibody can be conjugated to colloidal gold to detect dengue NS1. The MBS596093-A antibody pairs with MBS596093-B (MBS596093-B coating) to prepare dengue NS1 lateral flow immunoassays or rapid test assays.

Small volumes of anti-dengue NS1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
