Specificity
Recognizes human histones HI1, H2A, h2B, H3 and H4 with comparable sensitivity. Binds specifically to an antigen determinant, which is present on all five histone proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Western Blot analysis in Jurkat lysate (Lane 1) & mouse brain lysate (Lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with H3505 (1:500).|Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system.|Arrow indicates protein Histone (Pan) (~20kD).
