Application Notes for anti-c-erbB2, p185 antibody
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation(native and denatured), Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein G; 2ug antibody/mg protein lysate.
Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml for 2 hours RT.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:750; Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.

Small volumes of anti-c-erbB2, p185 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
