Recognizes the short peptides substituted with keratan sulfate side chains and within the core protein of human proteoglycans in articular cartilages, chicken limb bud and cornea. Does not crossreact with human fetal cartilage proteoglycans. Species Crossreactivity: bovine, porcine, sheep, canine and chicken.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
