Dilution: Flow Cytometry: For intracellular staining to detect GPR37, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.1% saponin in PBS. Dilute P1799-01B to 25ug/ml and add 10ul of the diluted solution to 1-5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume 200ul. A secondary antibody such as IgG (fluorochrome) anti-mouse can be used for visualization.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-GPR37 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for GPR37

This gene is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. The encoded protein contains seven transmembrane domains and is found in cell and endoplasmic reticulum membranes. G protein-coupled receptors are involved in translating outside signals into G protein mediated intracellular effects. This gene product interacts with Parkin and is involved in juvenile Parkinson disease. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2012]
