GOLIM4 Antibody – Mouse Monoclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS603394

The transmembrane protein GPP130 is localized to the cis-Golgi, where it is targeted by virtue of its lumenal coiled-coil domain and mediates trafficking in the late endosome-bypass pathway. GPP130 continuously recycles between early Golgi and distal… More details

NCBI Summary for GOLIM4

The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. The protein encoded by this gene is a type II Golgi-resident protein. It may process proteins synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assist in the transport of protein cargo through the Golgi apparatus. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
