Testing Data of anti-DDX27 antibody

Mouse Anti-DDX27 Monoclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS604066

Western Blot (WB) of anti-DDX27 antibody

Detection of DDX27 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from human HeLa (H, 25ug) and mouse NIH3T3 (M, 25ug) cells. Predicted molecular weight: 89kD.
Mouse Anti-DDX27 Monoclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS604066

Testing Data of anti-DDX27 antibody

HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeabilized in 90% methanol. Cells were stained with anti-DDX27 mAb (shaded) or isotype control (unshaded) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488- conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.
