The antigen recognized is an 86kD protein (unreduced conditions), probably a glycoprotein on the cell surface and within the cytoplasm of mature macrophages. Reported to recognize microglia stem cells. Species Reactivity: Human, rhesus monkey (macrophages) and porcine (alveolar macrophages and Kupffer cells).
