Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase (IDO1) Antibody – Mouse Monoclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS605331

Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) is an enzyme that is responsible for converting tryptophan to kynurenines. IDO is expressed by a wide variety of tissues and IDO can be upregulated by interferon gamma. IDO modulates levels of the amino acid tryptophan, which… More details

Product Categories/Family for anti-Ido1 antibody

Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-Ido1 antibody
Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-Ido1 antibody
Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500 detects IDO on 10ug of untreated and IFN gamma treated Hela lysates. Untreated and IFN-gamma 24-hour-treated Hela lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to membrane and probed with I7545-01. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-Ido1 antibody

WB: Unstimulated (lane 1) and human IFN-gamma stimulated (lane 2) HeLa cell lysates were probed with MBS605331 (0.5ug/ml). Arrow indicates IDO.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Ido1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
