Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 3 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-Neuron Cell Surface Antigen A2b5 antibody
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.1mg/ml. Add 10ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of biotinylated monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10ul of a 25ug/ml solution of a secondary developing reagent such as
Avidin-Carboxyfluorescein or Streptavidin-Phycoerythrin.
