Preparation and Storage

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Immunohistochemistry of anti-8-Hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine antibody

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded rat thymus sections using MBS606843 at a 1:250 dilution and detected by Alexa-488, which appears fluorescent green. 8-oxo-dG is present in the cytoplasm and nucleus of most but not all cells. Sections were counter-stained with 7-Aminoactinomycin D (7AAD), which labels nuclear DNA. Images were captured at 40X magnification.
