Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-PI 3-Kinase p85-SH3 antibody
Suitable for use in Immunoblot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry.
Dilution: Immunoblot Analysis: 0.5-2ug/ml detected PI 3-Kinase in RIPA lysates from A431 cells.
Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PI 3- Kinase (0.5mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemilumin-escence detection system.
Immunocytochemistry: Use 10ug/ml.
Immunoprecipitation: 4ug

Small volumes of anti-PI 3-Kinase p85-SH3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
