ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB)
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Dilution: Sandwich ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be 0.5M.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Fibrin Degradation Product, D-Dimer antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
