Testing Data of anti-PYGO1 antibody

Detection of Pygopus-1: 30ug of whole cell extracts, 20ug of cytoplasmic (Cyto), and 10ug nuclear (Nuc) extracts from exponentially growing HeLa and mouse NIH3T3 cells were prepared, resolved by SDS-PAGE, and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The membrane was immunoblotted with 1ug/ml mouse anti-Pygopus-1 antibody.
