Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-Papilloma Virus antibody
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:10 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

Small volumes of anti-Papilloma Virus antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
