Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-PCOLE1 antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
Dilution: Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml. The detection limit is ~0.5ng/well.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: Used to immunoprecipitate recombinant mouse PCOLE1 from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells.

Small volumes of anti-PCOLE1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
