Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml detected KCC2 in rat brain membrane preparations. Rat brain membrane preparation were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with K0120-07. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 detected KCC2 in MDCK cells as reported by an independent laboratory.

Chemiluminescence of anti-Slc12a5 antibody

Rat brain membrane preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with MBS610479 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates K+/Cl- Cotransporter (KCC2) (140kD).
