Preparation and Storage

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected Vav3 in RIPA lysates from HeLa and Jurkat cells.
Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate Vav3 from Jurkat cell lysate and SU86.86 pancreatic tumor cell lysate.
Immunocytochemistry: Reported to detect Vav3 in Jurkat and SU86.86 pancreatic tumor cells.
Immunohistochemistry: Reported to detect Vav3 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma sections.
