P67 Phox Antibody – Rabbit Polyclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS611006

Activation of NADPH-oxidase dependent superoxide generation requires the participation of several cytosolic factors including p47phox, p67phox, p40phox and Rac (1 or 2). In the resting cell, p47phox, p67phox, and p40phox form a large molecular weight complex… More details

Chemiluminescence of anti-p67 phox antibody

RAW 264.7 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with MBS611006 (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates p67-phox (67kD).

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-p67 phox antibody

Immunohistochemistry: Slices from perfused rat brains (0.9% saline and 10% formalin; 40um slices) were used for immunohistochemical staining with MBS611006 (1:2000 incubated for 24 hr). Detection was with a Tyramide Amplification kit. The image shown is of labeled cells in the cortex of a normal male rat brain (magnification is 20X).
