Specificity
Recognizes whole molecule mouse IgG, H&L. Reacts with the light chains of other mouse immunoglobulins. Not reactive against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. X-Adsorbed against and exhibits minimal crossreactivity to human, bovine, equine, rabbit and porcine serum proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive.
