Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine (LIX)
Product Synonym Names
Anti -Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine (LIX)
Clonality
Polyclonal
Isotype
IgG
Host
Goat
Species Reactivity
Mouse
Form/Format
A sterile ltered antibody solution (1mg/ml) was lyophilized from 0.5X PBS pH 7.4.
Purity/Purification
Affinity Purified
Puri ed by af nity chromatography employing immobilized mLIX matrix.
Specificity
MLIX
Preparation and Storage
-20 degree C
Stability: The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20 degree C.
Immunogen
Highly pure (>98%) recombinant mLIX.
Reconstitution
When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.2mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 degree C.
ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB)
ELISA:To detect mLIX by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen af nity puri ed antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mLIX.
Western Blot: To detect mLIX by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mLIX is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
