Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Bovine, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Application Notes for anti-IgG H&L, X-adsorbed antibody
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:500 to 1:2500. 1.0 ug of mouse IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG H&L, X-adsorbed antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
