Supplied as a liquid in Tris chloride, pH 8.0, 0.15M sodium chloride, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mM zinc chloride, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) (Calf Intestine MW:140kD).

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recgonizes rat IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, rat IgG and rat serum. No reaction was observed against human serum proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.
