Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Specificity
Recognizes rabbit IgG, H&L. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c) or bovine, equine, human, mouse, rat and sheep serum proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Small volumes of anti-IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
