Prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption.
Specificity
No reaction was observed against chicken, guinea pig, hamster, horse, mouse, rabbit and rat serum proteins. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-donkey serum, goat IgG and goat serum.
Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.

Application Notes for anti-IgG, X-Adsorbed antibody
Suitable for Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: ELISA: Assayed against 1ug of goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 min. at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2000 to 1:8000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG, X-Adsorbed antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
