Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin and anti-Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Rabbit IgG F(c).
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-IgG Fab H&L antibody
Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, immunomicroscopy and immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000-1:80,000; 1.0ug of Chicken IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin (HRP) (S7973-97A) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG Fab H&L antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
