Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-p53 Upregulated Modulator of Apoptosis alpha antibody
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applictions not tested.
Dilution: Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml. Detects a band at ~23kD in K562 cell lysates.
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 10ug/ml. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
