Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Donkey Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Sheep Serum Proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Application Notes for anti-IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed antibody
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:2000. 1.0 ug of rat IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
