Application Notes for anti-Flk-1 Receptor Tyrosine Kinase antibody
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Western Blot: 5-10ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Detects band at ~180kD.
Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 1:25 for 60 min at RT. Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
