Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes Mouse IgG F(c) fragment. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and mouse serum. Species Crossreactivity: Does not crossreact with anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgG F(ab')2 or bovine, equine and human serum proteins.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
