Application Notes for anti-LMO4 antibody
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse LMO4. The detection limit for rhLMO4 and rmLMO4 is approximately 10 ng/lane and 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively., Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse LMO4. The detection limit for rhLMO4 and rmLMO4 is approximately 1.5 ng/well., Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-LMO4 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
