Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine (LIX) (Biotin)
Product Synonym Names
Anti -Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine (LIX) (Biotin)
Clonality
Polyclonal
Isotype
IgG
Host
Rabbit
Species Reactivity
Mouse
Form/Format
Lyophilized from sterile- ltered PBS solution.
Purity/Purification
Affinity Purified
Puri ed by af nity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Specificity
MLIX
Preparation and Storage
-20 degree C
Stability: The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 6 months when kept at-20 degree C.
Immunogen
Highly pure (>98%) recombinant mLIX (murine LIX).
Reconstitution
The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 4 degree C for at least one month without detectable loss of activity. Frozen aliquots of this solution are stable for at least 6 months when kept at -20 degree C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB)
ELISA: To detect mLIX by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15-0.30ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant mLIX.
Western Blot: To detect mLIX by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mLIX is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
