Application Notes for anti-Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1, Murine antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting.
Dilution: ELISA: To detect mJE(MCP-1) by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mJE(MCP-1).
Western Blot: To detect mJE(MCP-1) by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant mJE(MCP-1) is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Small volumes of anti-Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1, Murine antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
