Specificity
Recognizes rabbit IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-mouse serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against goat, human and mouse serum proteins.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. AP conjugates are sensitive to light.
