Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

MBS618317 staining of rat hippocampus. There is selective staining around pyramidal cells in CA1-3 and around granule cells in the dentate gyrus. There is also diffuse staining in the striatum radiatum which is more extensive medially and becomes a thin layer running through CA3 toward the dentate gyrus.
