Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris chloride, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.001M magnesium chloride, 0.0001M Zznc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Labeled with alkaline phosphatase (AP).

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human lambda light chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.

Application Notes for anti-IgG F(ab')2 antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:200 to 1:1000. 1.0ug of Human IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG F(ab')2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
